A Golden Sunday at the Park

It's been awhile since I've participated in Lotus' Weekly Winners, but I am back with some photos from our afternoon out at a local park.  The sunlight here in southern England turns to liquid gold in the Autumn and being out in it, even when the temperature is chilly, makes my heart sing.  It may sound cheesy... corny...  Whatever. That autumnal light makes me want to run through a field of barley in a poplin dress, chasing Mr. Darcy to tell him I've been a foolish girl and that I love him.  ;)

Or, you know, something like that.  *ahem*
Alrighty then, moving on to my actual life where I am a mom to three boys who need to be brought out on a Sunday afternoon to be run like dogs. :)  I was actually over-the-moon to go out for a walk today in the country with the boys and my husband because I have not been able to for the past month and a half because of my recent health issues.  So, it was really sweet to be able to head out to a park without toilet facilities. ;) Hooray!!

 Village fields.
The church path.
 The zip line.
 The village church.
 Sunlight through the church windows.
Rain and sun, an English tradition.
Gorgeous Cedars of Lebanon in the village.
