Special of the day: Four for the price of one! Or a Four Thousand Word Thursday!!! I found all these lovely doorways in Winchester, England. Most were part of the cathedral or very nearby. Don't you wish you could walk through every single one of them? Psst: If you let me know which one is your favorite, I might be able to provide a picture of what was on the other side. :) Oh, what the hell... if you scroll to the bottom of this post, I'll show you now!

Now WHAT could be through this door?? Keep scrolling down....
Check out the fabulous Cheaper than Therapy, where A Thousand Word Thursdays started, and
then go check out TheMomJen's new review site Therapeutic.

Keep scrolling!

I'm sorry! *snort* I just can't *cackle, cackle* help myself *hee heee heee* The caption to this photo (emailed to me years ago) was "The tiger that mauled Roy." *HA HA HA* I know it's *heee!* tragic. *snicker* Sigh.

All right, that was too funny. He was actually quite hot. Do you have his number?
ReplyDeleteAnd I LOVED the doors. I am actually thinking of doing a project of sorts, with doors, with churches, etc. With all that extra time I have, you know...
Now those are gorgeous doorways. And some of the plants are fab as well. And comedy is usually negative/cruel/insensitive. Our motto is Tragedy + Time = Comedy.
ReplyDeleteThe tiger is really funny and looks like my ex. Or maybe is my ex.
Rawr! That tiger can maul me anytime! OK, that was tasteless too, but YOU started it!
ReplyDeleteAlso? I am so glad you got the "My dog has fleas" reference (not to mention the Eddie Haskell reference over on Ann's Rants. You're the only one to acknowledge it so far.
