Stray Dogs are a pain in the ass

Wow. I've never rescued a dog before....and may keep walking the next time I am afforded the opportunity to be a good samaritan. The damn dog is barking its crazy head off outside my window while I wait for someone to come get it. It smells bad, so my hands reek from touching it. Oh, and it tore apart a diaper it found in the trashcan all over my bathroom.... Nice. Bad puppy!! Bad, BAD puppy!!! I love dogs, but this beagle is the worst hound I've ever met.
